Water filter type dust removal and denitrification integrated equipment
First, a brief introduction to the system
A, dust removal:
The multi pipe dust remover is used for pre dusting. In the subsequent one or two layers of water filtration water bed, multi-stage wet fine dust removal is installed.
B, denitration:
Using ferrous sulfate to absorb the nitrogen oxide in the flue gas, the oxygen atom in NO is absorbed by the positive two valent iron ion in a water filter water bed, and the nitroso acyl sulfate is formed and the N is reduced into N2 to release back to the atmosphere. In the process of denitrification, the Fe2+ in the water body is oxidized to Fe3+ by the NO and the residual O2 in the flue gas, while Fe3+ and NO have no affinity and can not continue to denitration, and the denitrification ability of the water body will be gradually weakened. In order to maintain the denitrification activity of water body, a reductant, iron scrap, was added to the water body. The NO in the flue gas is absorbed into the liquid phase by the ferrous ion in the ferrous sulfate solution, and the formed nitroso acyl sulphate iron can be reduced by the iron and the iron itself is oxidized to Fe2+. Iron filings can also reduce the Fe3+ in the water to Fe2+, while the iron scrap itself is oxidized to Fe2+, thereby maintaining the activity of the denitrification water.
C, desulphurization:
SO2 can be dissolved in water, so the first layer of denitrification water filter water bed itself has the function of absorbing SO2. The waste iron scraps in the water are supplemented with Fe2+ in water, and the reaction of single Fe and H2SO3 can solidify and absorb SO2, and the SO2 in the flue gas is reduced preliminarily. Then the flue gas enters the second layer water filter water bed and uses the sodium calcium double alkali process to carry out the flue gas desulfurization. The main desulfurizer in the water body is NaOH, the body is outside the regeneration pool and the lime is NaOH regenerator. In the second layer water filter water bed, the full scour desulfurization reaction of "gas surface" and "liquid surface" is carried out in the water filter bed, and the water from the regenerated pool outside the body of the body is extracted with the pump to carry out the intercepting spray and intensified desulphurization, and the high desulfurization efficiency can be obtained.
D, dehydration and mist removal
The dust and the residual part of NOx and SO2 can be cleaned again in the second layer water filter water bed again. In the top of the flue gas dehydrating bin, the three phase separator is used to dehydrate the dehydrated drain.
